Awfis Space Solutions has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today Monday, February 02, 2026, have, considered, approved and took on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) (‘UFRs’) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2025, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI LODR Regulations, (enclosed herewith as Annexure - 1); and ii. Took on record the Limited Review Reports of Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants (Statutory Auditors) on the above UFRs with an un-modified opinion (enclosed as Annexure - 1). In furtherance to intimation dated 11th November 2025, the terms of Credit Facilities to be availed from ICICI Bank Limited have undergone certain changes. The relevant information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure - 2.
