RMC Switchgears has received Letters of Intent (LoIs) amounting to Rs 200.87 crore inclusive of all taxes. The company has received Letter of Intent for executing the works relating to Development of Distribution Infrastructure Work for Segregation of 11 KV mixed feeders at Dholpur Circle of Jaipur Discom of Rajasthan State under Revamped Reforms- based and Results linked Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) on turnkey basis against RFP JVVNL/RDSS/INFRA/FS/TN-610. The size of order is Rs 116.49 crore.
The company has also received Letter of Intent for executing the works relating to Development of Distribution Infrastructure Work for Segregation of 11 KV mixed load feeders at Jhalawar Circle of Jaipur Discom of Rajasthan State under Revamped Reforms- based and Results linked Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) on turnkey basis against RFP JVVNL/RDSS/INFRA/FS/TN-612. The size of order is Rs 84.38 crore.
The receipt of these LoIs further strengthens the Company’s order book and is expected to contribute positively to the Company’s revenue and growth prospects.
RMC Switchgears is primarily engaged in the business of ‘Switchgear Engineering’, ‘ECI contracts for power distribution / transmission sector’ and ‘PVC Marble and Sold Surface’.
