RMC Switchgears has informed that the company has received Letters of Intent (LOI) amounting to ? 200,86,53,263.08 (Rupees Two Hundred Crores Eighty Six Lacs Fifty Three Thousands Two Hundred Sixty Three Rupees and Eight Paisa only) inclusive of all taxes as following: Letter of Intent(LOI) for executing the works relating to Development of Distribution Infrastructure Work for Segregation of 11 KV mixed feeders at Dholpur Circle of Jaipur Discom of Rajasthan State under Revamped Reforms- based and Results linked Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) on turnkey basis against RFP JVVNL/RDSS/INFRA/FS/TN-610 Annexure -1; Letter of Intent (LOI) for executing the works relating to Development of Distribution Infrastructure Work for Segregation of 11 KV mixed load feeders at Jhalawar Circle of Jaipur Discom of Rajasthan State under Revamped Reforms- based and Results linked Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) on turnkey basis against RFP JVVNL/RDSS/INFRA/FS/TN-612 Annexure -2. The receipt of this LOI further strengthens the Company’s order book and is expected to contribute positively to the Company’s revenue and growth prospects. The Company shall update the Stock Exchange on further material developments in this regard, if any, as required under the aforesaid Regulation. The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure - 1.
