KEI Industries has informed that Calcutta Stock Exchange vide their letter dated 02nd February, 2026 granted voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Company from the official list of the Exchange, with effective from 03rd February, 2026. Accordingly, the Company is now delisted from the CSE with effective from 03rd February, 2026, however the Equity Shares of the Company will continue to remain listed on the NSE and BSE, providing nationwide trading facilities. Since, the CSE does not have any active platform for trading in equity shares, the Shareholders of the Company are not affected in any manner from CSE delisting.
