In continuation to intimation dated February 02, 2026, wherein the company informed the Exchange about the publication of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 in Financial Express, All India Edition (English) and Arthik Lipi (Bengali), pursuant to Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations, 2015’), Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases has informed that due to minor printing errors in the Bengali edition of ‘Arthik Lipi’, the said publication has been rectified and the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 have been re-published in ‘Arthik Lipi (Bengali edition)’ on February 03, 2026. The same has also been disseminated on the website of the Company.
