In terms of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Abbott India has informed that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Further, in terms of Abbott India Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and further to its intimation dated December 19, 2025 the Trading Window of the Company was closed from Thursday, January 1, 2026 and will open 48 hours after declaration of the said results
