Lupin has launched Topiramate Extended-Release Capsules, 25 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg, and 200 mg, in the United States, following the approval for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) from the U.S. FDA. Topiramate Extended-Release Capsules are bioequivalent to the reference listed drug (RLD), Trokendi XR Extended-Release Capsules of Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Supernus).

Saatvik Green Energy has made a further investment in Saatvik Solar Industries (SSIPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, through a rights issue basis. This investment is a part of utilization of the proceeds from Initial Public Offer for setting up of a 4 GW solar PV module manufacturing facility in Odisha.

JSW Cement has received approval for incorporation of Wholly Owned Subsidiary/Subsidiary of the Company in Fujairah, UAE which will set up a Cement Grinding Unit (GU) of 1.65 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) in Fujairah, UAE. Further, for setting up of aforesaid GU in Fujairah, UAE by WOS/Subsidiary, the capital expenditure will be of approximately $39.00 million. The said capital expenditure is proposed to be funded through the mix of debt and equity. The Board of Directors of the company has, in its meeting held on February 4, 2026, inter alia considered and approved the same.

Waaree Energies’ wholly owned subsidiary--Waaree Solar Americas Inc. has received an order for supply of 150MW solar modules from a renowned customer who is a solar power developer and engaged in the business of Independent Power Producer.

PVR INOX has opened a new cinema at Odeon Mall on RTC X Road, Chikkadpally, Hyderabad. The launch marks the company’s 19th cinema in the city and adds eight screens, taking PVR INOX’s total screen count in Hyderabad to 119. The cinema is located on RTC X Road, one of India’s best-known cinema districts, an area that has been closely associated with movie theatres for decades.

ITCONS E-Solutions has secured a new contract from Office of Development Commissioner for Handicrafts, Ministry of Textiles, Central Government to provide 4 resources for a period of 1 year. The total contract value is Rs 12.28 lakh inclusive of all taxes and duties. The contract is scheduled to commence on February 05, 2026 and shall remain in force until February 04, 2027 unless extended further by mutual agreement between the parties.

Chiraharit has received a Purchase Order from Tata Power Renewable Energy for supply and rendering of services in relation to Water RO Plant (Softner System). Broad consideration or size of the order(s)/contract(s) is Rs 69.15 lakh.
