Poonawalla Fincorp has raised Rs 500 crore through the allotment of 50,000 secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000, through private placement. The maturity of the said NCDs will be on February 05, 2036. The Finance Committee vide resolution dated February 05, 2026, as authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company has approved allotment of the same.
