Further in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the company has already submitted for Prohibitions of Trading by Insiders and the Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain Closed for the Directors, Designated Employees and insiders from 01st January, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results.
