Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015, Vintage Securities has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, the 13th February, 2026 at 02:00 pm at the Registered Office of the Company, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2025. Further, in Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, and in compliance with the Company’s code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company which were closed for all Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 01st January, 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2025 i.e. up to 15th February, 2026 for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, and shall re-open on 16th February, 2026.
