FIIs stood as net sellers in equities on November 22, 2011: SEBI

The FIIs as per Tuesday data were net sellers in equities while they were net buyers in debt segments, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 1893.90 crore against gross sell of Rs 2495.10 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 601.10 crore in equities on November 22, 2011.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 984.10 crore with gross sales of Rs 949.00 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 35.10 crore in debt on November 22, 2011.
