Vallabh Steels has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been called to be held on Friday, the 13th February, 2026 at the Registered Office of the Company at G.T. Road, Village Pawa, Sahnewal, Ludhiana to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December, 2025. Further, Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, adopted in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, it has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 01st January, 2026 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December, 2025.
