VR Woodart has informed that the Company has received the approval from the Central Processing Center (CPC), Ministry of Corporate Aflairs (MCA) on following amendment in Memorandum of Association of the company: change of Name of the company from ‘V.R.WOODART to MEGAMONT’- Copy of updated Certificate of lncorporation are enclosed at Annexure A. The Company will apply shortly to the Stock exchange for change of name and symbol of the Company; Insertion of sub clause 2 in clause III (A) and deletion of clause III (c) of the memorandum of Association; Existing clause IV be substituted by the Following new clause. The liability of the members is limited, and this liability is limited to the amount unpaid, if any, on the shares held by them.
