In terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Mangalam Cement has informed that the Company has published the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025 in ‘Financial Express’ (English) all edition and in ‘Rajasthan Patrika’ (Hindi) Kota edition on 7th February, 2026. Further, in pursuance of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III(A)(12) it has enclosed the copy of Newspaper articles as published in above mentioned newspapers.
