Bharati Defence and Infrastructure has informed pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 13, 2026, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the Third quarter ended on December 31, 2025. In view of the suspension, the trading window mechanism under the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading is currently not operative. However, as a matter of abundant caution and in the interest of good corporate governance, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the designated persons, which has been closed since January 01, 2026, shall be deemed to remain closed.
