FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per October 23 data: SEBI

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyers in equity segment, while they were net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2572.00 crore against gross selling of Rs 1772.10 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 799.90 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 662.70 crore with gross sales of Rs 2100.40 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1437.70 crore in debt.
