The Stakeholders Relationship Committee has approved the allotment of 5,000 equity shares to the Whole time Director of the Company. In addition, pursuant to the authority delegated by the Board of Directors, the Whole time Director has approved the allotment of 47,830 equity shares to other eligible option/unit holders. The above allotment of total 52,830 Equity Shares of ? 10 each were made on February 12, 2026 at 9:00 p.m. (being time of the last approval).
