With reference to earlier intimation dated 07.02.2026 regarding the withdrawal of resignation of Surya Pratap Singh as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, Indian Toners & Developers has informed that the Board of Directors, by way of resolution passed by circulation on 17th February, 2026, has considered and approved the withdrawal of resignation. Accordingly, Surya Pratap Singh shall continue to act as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company without any break in his tenure.
