Info Edge (India) has secured approval to invest about Rs 30 crore in its wholly-owned subsidiary -- Startup Investments (Holding) (SIHL). SIHL is engaged mainly in direct or indirect investments in tech companies and related activities including investment in AIF. The investment would help SIHL to explore investment opportunities including contribution to AIF(s) and other general purposes. The company’s Committee of Executive Directors in its meeting held on February 17, 2026 has approved the same.
