Physical Rubber prices extended gains on Wednesday due to robust demand from the tyre industry. Rubber prices improved further by a domestic supply crunch as major rubber-producing regions enter the off-season for tapping.
Spot prices for the RSS-4 variety rose to Rs 213.50/kg to its previous closing of Rs 213/kg; while the RSS-5 variety gained to Rs 209.50/kg to its previous closing of Rs 209/kg.
