Bartronics India has entered into the inter-corporate loan agreement with Kinex India (Promoter). The agreement is to borrow an unsecured inter-corporate loan facility from Kinex India up to Rs 20 crore in multiple tranches, to support the borrower’s business operations and investments in the ordinary course of business.
Bartronics India is a provider of automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) solutions. Incorporated in 1990, the company is engaged in providing solutions in bar coding, AIDC technologies, RFID, POS and smart cards.
