Crude oil futures ended flat on Monday amidst lingering worries about the potential impact of a military attack on crude oil exports from Iran as well as maritime transit through the Strait of Hormuz. Traders remained on sidelines ahead of the third round of talks between the U.S. and Iran in Geneva on Thursday.
Benchmark crude oil futures for April delivery remained unchanged at its previous close of $66.31 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for April delivery fell $0.27 or 0.38% to settle at $71.49 a barrel on London's Intercontinental Exchange.
