The Notice is being sent to all the Members, whose name appears in the Register of Members/ list of Beneficial Owners as received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) and whose e-mail IDs are registered with the Company /Depository Participants as on Friday, February 20, 2026. Members holding shares in physical mode and who have not updated their e-mail addresses with the Company are requested to update their email addresses as per the instructions given in the enclosed Notice. The e-voting period will commence from Wednesday, 25t February 2026 at 09:00 AM (IST) and will end on Thursday, 26th March 2026 at 05:00 PM (IST).
