The amount which was deposited into an Escrow Account until such time that approvals from various authorities as are required are received to the satisfaction of Buyer and Seller
Earlier, as on February 15, 2013 that Board of directors in its meeting held had approved the same and members of the Company had approved the sale on March 29, 2013 through Postal Ballot.
Unichem Laboratories is engaged in manufacturing formulations, pharmaceuticals and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). The company was promoted by the late Amrut Mody, a pioneer in the Indian pharmaceuticals business.
