Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has entered into an agreement with CNH Industrial (India). Zaggle shall provide the Zaggle Propel reward platform to CNH Industrial (India).

Saatvik Green Energy has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Saatvik Power Storage Solutions’ in India on March 09, 2026. Saatvik Power Storage Solutions shall be engaged in the business of dealing in all kinds of batteries and energy storage systems.

Minda Corporation has entered into strategic joint venture agreement with Turntide Technologies (Turntide), subject to the necessary regulatory approvals. Under the joint venture, Minda Corp through its wholly owned SPV will hold 49% stake, and Turntide will hold 51%. This venture will bring new generation powertrain solutions for the electric vehicle industry. The Joint Venture Company will focus on the development and manufacturing of advanced new generation high and low-voltage motor controllers, high-voltage and high-performance electric motors, pumps for thermal applications, and other customised controllers tailored primarily for India’s growing EV segment.

Delphi World Money’s subsidiary -- Ebix Travels has incorporated a Wholly-owned subsidiary, namely 'Mercury Travels' on March 9, 2026. Mercury Travels will carry on the business of providing travel and hospitality services and other allied services in or outside India which will enhance the business visibility of the Mercury Travels.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed Lemon Tree Hotel, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. With this addition, the company now has 26 hotels in Uttar Pradesh, comprising 8 operational properties and 18 in the pipeline, including this signing. The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.

Sanmit Infra has secured tenth significant Work Order of 266000 SQMT Micro Surfacing Work at AM-164 Improvement Project from Mhaisang to Aasara Km 25+100 to 65+200 in Akola district under MRIP on Hybrid Mode for Shree Palsiddha Construction.

Sayaji Hotels has entered into the Hotel Management Agreement with the Hotel KC Villas for the purpose of providing operational services and managing properties in line with the brand standards of the Company. The Hotel property will consist of- 63 Key Rooms, 2 Banquet Hall, 2 Restaurants and Bar, Gym, SPA. The Brand Name to be used will be ‘Enrise’ by Sayaji.
