Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Trigyn Technologies has informed that Dr. Satyam Cherukuri, Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company (DIN No.: 01294234), has tendered his resignation from the position of Chairman and Non-Executive Director on the Board of the company, with effect from Monday, April 7, 2026, due to personal circumstances requiring his full attention and commitment. Dr. Satyam Cherukuri (DIN No.: 01294234) has also stepped down as a Member of the Board of Trigyn Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of the Company, with effect from April 7, 2026. Details with respect to change in management pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Para A (7) of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are provided in Annexure – A. The resignation letter received from Satyam Cherukuri (DIN No.: 01294234), containing the detailed reasons for resignation, is enclosed. The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable contributions made by Satyam Cherukuri during his tenure as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company.
