Intellect Design Arena (IDL) has received approval for the proposal to enter into a joint venture arrangement with Fintel PLC (UK), to establish a joint venture (JV), based on the review and recommendation of the Audit Committee.
This Joint Venture entity is proposed to be incorporated in the United Kingdom. The JV aims to develop and commercialize an AIled Financial Advisory platform tailored for the UK market. The proposed shareholding ratio between IDAL and Fintel in the JVC is agreed at 50:50. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on March 16, 2026 has approved the same.
