Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations, Indogulf Cropsciences has informed that Deepak Rawat, Practicing Company Secretary, has resigned as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company vide his resignation letter dated March 17, 2026 due to some health issues and other medical reasons. The Secretarial Auditor has confirmed that there are no material reasons for resignation other than those mentioned in the resignation letter. The Resignation letter received from Deepak Rawat is attached.
