The same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2026. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of the aforesaid financial results will be intimated in due course. This is in compliance under the applicable provisions of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations and Company’s Code.
