Innovation Software Exports has received an approval for merger of Agrata Biotech (ABL) into it. The board of directors at its meeting held on October 11, 2013, has approved the same. The board has also approved the engagement of a Chartered Accountant firm for valuation of the company and also ABL and to give its recommendation of share exchange ratio for the proposed merger.
Besides, the board had also approved the engagement of a Merchant Banker for giving its fairness opinion report on the valuation to be carried out by the said Chartered Accountant firm.
