Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders, under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from 01st April 2026 to 16th May 2026.
