Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Adjia Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has received a resignation letter dated 30th March 2026 from the Statutory Auditors, Piyush Kothari & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad resigning from the office of Statutory Auditors of the company with effect From Monday, 30th March, 2026 due to their disagreement over audit fees and no other reason. Further, the detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, along with detailed reason of resignation is enclosed as Annexure-1. Further, the Resignation letter and details required to be sought from the Auditor in accordance with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 (‘Annexure A’) has been enclosed this.
