SEBI/HO/CFD/P0D2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure A. The copy of the resignation letter dated 20th January, 2026, received stating detailed reason of his resignation is enclosed as Annexure B. The above intimation shall also be made available on the Company’s website at www.transnek.com. The Company had informed to BSE about the resignation vide letter dated 20th January, 2026.
