3i Infotech has received an order from a leading private sector bank in India for undertaking a digitization and document management project for their legacy records of credit card applications.
The engagement involves inventory preparation, data entry, barcoding, scanning, indexing, storage, retrieval, and shredding of legacy credit card application records, along with secure data handling, reporting, and compliance with the Bank’s data security and operational standards. This is a rate card-based contract and total approximate value is Rs 2.04 crore (exclusive of applicable taxes), based on likely volumes.
Under this engagement, 3i Infotech will support the client in enhancing visibility, accessibility, and compliance of historical customer records, while ensuring secure data processing and adherence to regulatory and audit requirements. The contract is awarded for a period of 12 months.
