Zensar Technologies has received approval for the setting up of two a new entities/branches in Zambia and Qatar either directly by the company or by the subsidiary(ies) of the company. The new entities will focus on Software and allied services. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on April 2, 2026, has accorded in-principle approval for the same.
Zensar Technologies, formerly known as ICIL was acquired by the RPG group in 1989. It is a globally focused software and services company spread across eighteen countries across the world.
