Excel Crop Care’s board of directors at its meeting held on October 30, 2013 has approved a Scheme of Arrangement between TML Industries ('Demerged Company' or TML') and Excel Crop Care ('Resulting Company' or 'ECCL') and their respective Shareholders and Creditors .
Excel Crop Care is engaged in the manufacturing of agrochemicals. It began with three manufacturing plants; over 1200 dedicated employees; a range of market-leading brands; a distribution network of 40000 dealers; a customer base running into millions.
