Sanofi India has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on October 30, 2013, has appointed Rangaswamy R. Iyer as an Independent Director of the company in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of J. M. Gandhi (who had resigned as a Director of the company with effect from July 01, 2013). He has also been appointed Member of the Audit Committee and Shareholders/ Investors Grievance Committee.
