Shah (DIN: 00061922) as an Independent Director of the Company for a second term of 5 years from 25th May, 2026 till 24th May, 2031. Tapan Shah, Practicing Company Secretary has been appointed as the Scrutinizer by the Board of Directors of the Company to ensure that the Postal Ballot process is conducted in a fair and transparent manner and in accordance with the said rules.
