Sastasundar Ventures has informed that Company have received query from Exchanges to furnish bifurcation of revenue in the CA certificate, affirming the compliance with the conditions prescribed in Regulation 45 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Thereafter, the Company has shared the revised CA certificate with the Exchanges and the same is attached for the purpose of information to investors. The Certificate was attached to the Postal Ballot Notice dated January 7, 2026 which was sent to Stock Exchange and dispatched to the shareholders on January 13, 2026. The Company shall send the Revised CA certificate to the shareholders, at the next available opportunity either in the Notice of General Meeting or such other mode as specified in Companies Act, 2013 read with SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015.
