Jindal Saw gets nod to set up additional plant in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Jindal Saw has received approval to set up an additional plant in KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) for LSAW facility to address the increased demand of pipes through its joint venture Jindal Saw & Buhur Altavision Co. The board of directors of the company in its meeting held on April 27, 2026 has approved the same.

Earlier, the Board had approved the investment proposal with respect to incorporating a new company in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to set up a Helically Spiral welded (HSAW) pipe project.

Jindal Saw is one of the country’s topmost industry houses and the foremost indigenous steel producers and exporters.
