Dalmia Bharat reports 11% fall in Q4 consolidated net profit

Dalmia Bharat has reported results for the fourth quarter (Q4FY26) and year ended March 31, 2026.

The company has reported 5.19% fall in its net profit at Rs 73 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 77 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, the total income of the company has increased by 25% at Rs 185 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 148 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. 

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 11.03% fall in its net profit at Rs 387 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 435 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, the total income of the company increased by 2.53% at Rs 4290 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 4184 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 25.79% fall in its net profit at Rs 141 crore as compared to Rs 190 crore for the previous year. However, the total income of the company has increased by 23.78% at Rs 484 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 391 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 66.76% rise in its net profit at Rs 1139 crore as compared to Rs 683 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 5.57% at Rs 15026 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 14233 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
