In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Avantel has informed that the Company had received and informed the Purchase Order dated November 22, 2025, from Bharat Electronics for the supply of Power Amplifiers. Further, an amendment to the Purchase Order was received on May 4, 2026, for the supply of Power Amplifiers, adding an additional order value of Rs 3.01 Crores over and above the existing order value of Rs 8.03 Crores. In line with the SEBI circular dated September 9, 2015, read with the circular dated July 13, 2023, the details of the said Purchase Order are enclosed.
