Bharat Forge reports 18% fall in Q4FY26 consolidated net profit

Bharat Forge has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2026.

The company has reported net loss of Rs 117.76 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26) as compared to net profit of Rs 345.63 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 3.52% at Rs 2,288.93 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 2,211.11 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 17.53% fall in its net profit at Rs 232.57 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 282.00 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 17.02 % at Rs 4,581.01 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 3,914.71 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 38.08% fall in its net profit at Rs 818.74 crore as compared to Rs 1,322.25 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 5.14% at Rs 8,540.14 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 9,002.58 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 14.72% rise in its net profit at Rs 1,079.66 crore as compared to Rs 941.15 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 10.91% at Rs 17,010.34 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 15,336.57 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
