Nuvama Wealth Management has informed that Nuvama Wealth and Investment (NWIL), a wholly owned material subsidiary of the Company, has received a warning letter on May 6, 2026, from the Securities and Exchange Board of India indicating NWIL to be careful and avoid recurrence of the observations raised during the course of their comprehensive inspection for the period October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025. There is no impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Company or its subsidiaries/ associates, pursuant to the above letter.
