The said Audited Financial Results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter approved by the Board. In this regard, it has enclosed copies of the following: i. Statement showing the Audited Financial Statements including Statement of Assets and Liabilities, Profit and Loss Statement and Cash Flow Statement for the period ended March 31, 2026. ii.
