Further, in continuation to its earlier letter dated March 24, 2026, wherein it was informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company is closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from April 01, 2026. Further, the trading window shall remain closed for up to 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the Financial Results.
