JSW Steel has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors has been convened to be held on Thursday, 14th May 2026, to consider the Audited Financial Results of our Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. The Board would also be considering: Recommendation of payment of dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company. b) Raising of long-term funds, including but not limited to, Qualified Institutions Placement of permissible securities and issuance of Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required. Based on the outcome of the meeting, the Company will make such disclosures, as may be required under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
