Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing, Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFD/POD2//3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026, Maharashtra Seamless has informed that a Notice to Shareholders has been published in ‘Business Standard’ (English newspaper), ‘Mumbai Lakshdeep’ (Marathi Newspaper) on 9th May, 2026 pursuant to the provisions of Section 124 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 6 of Investors Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 and as amended from time to time. The company has informed that as per Rule 6 of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, it has also sent individual notices, to the shareholders who have not claimed dividend for the last seven consecutive years and whose shares are liable to be transferred to the IEPF Authority during the financial year 2026-27.
