Tashi India has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 16th Day of May 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results along with the Auditor’s Report thereon for the quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2026. Further, in accordance with its previous communication dated March 27th, 2026, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares/securities of the Company, by the Designated /Connected Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from April 01st, 2026, and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Results.
