Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026 (financial results); b. Recommend Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Further, with reference to letter dated March 28, 2026, and in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall reopen 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are disclosed to the Stock Exchanges.
